E.L.F. Product Review

A popular brand of makeup (at least in the states, it is) is Eyes.Lips.Face, which is more commonly referred to as "Elf". Personally, I quite like Elf products. I have quite a lot of them, I'd say. So, I'm just going to be listing some of the products that I have from them and giving my opinion on them.
Warning: These products are in no particular order!

E.L.F. Brightening Eyeliner in Black: I like this product a lot. I actually have a few of them (yes, all in black. I'm so dull.) It's a great eyeliner and doesn't cost much money at all. They seem to have changed up the look a bit.. so don't hate me if I'm wrong!

E.L.F. Essential Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara: This product is a double sided clear gloss. One side is mascara and one side is eyebrow gel. I'm not a big fan of playing up my brows, so that side is pretty much neglected. I do however like the clear mascara. I don't like using a colored mascara on my lower lashes normally because I think that they look to dramatic. So, I opted for a clear mascara and I have yet to regret it.

E.L.F. Essential Eyelid Primer: I am simply in love with this primer. I've repurchased it because it's just so good and I don't think that I can live without it. Even if you already have a beloved primer, definitely give this a try. Seriously, it's only $1!

E.L.F. Studio Under Eye Concealer & Highlighter: I used to be in love with this duo. The concealer was perfect for my dark circles and the highlighter was sheer and had just the right amount of sparkles. It was my favorite product. Notice how I used past-tense words like "was" and "had". Funny story, actually. I let this product go through the wash. Now, the product feels watered down and just doesn't work the same. Let this be a lesson to you: don't wash your makeup! 

E.L.F. Contouring Blush and Bronzer Duo (couldn't find the link, sorry!): I absolutely adore the blush. As for the bronzer, not so much. It's just too dark for my skin in the winter. In the summer, I'm sure it'll work just fine, though. But back to the blush. The blush is just the perfect pink-y shade and warms my face up just enough for these dreary winter months.

Hello everyone! I've just decided to create a blog, obviously. It was more of a spur of the moment type thing, so let's see how this works for me. I've decided to make my first post about me so I thought "What better way to do this than use a tag?" I found the 32 Questions tag on elleandblair.com. This is the link to their answers.So, let's start.

1. Is it cute when guys kiss you on your forehead? Yes, that sounds absolutely adorable!

1. A big poofy dress or a short party dress? I'd go with a short party dress. Poofy dresses just seem to be in the way.

1. Are diamonds a girl's best friend? I guess. Although, I'm fine with my  $3 Forever 21 bling!

1. Is your hair up or down today? Up. Felt like having a lazy day... Week.. Year. Who's counting?

1. Do you straighten your hair? Nearly never. It takes hours.

1. Favorite mascara? I'm loving the Diorshow Extase by Dior.. obviously!

1. Do you get your nails done? No. I'm so cheap! If I can do something by myself, than I will!

1. Small or large purses? I prefer small purses for school.

1. Jeans or sweats? I'm almost always in my skinnies!

1. Do you wear clothes/shoes/jewelry that's uncomfortable? Yes, but I always end up regretting it.

1. Do you text message a lot? Yeah, but I'd rather just talk to people face-to-face.

1. Whats your favorite color? Pink, pink, pink.

1. Heels or flats? Flats. I'd break my ankles in heels.

1. Would you ever leave the house without makeup on? Yes, I do quite often actually. I try not to rely to heavily on make-up because I don't want to be too vain.. you feel me?

1. Walmart or Target? Target, Wal-Mart freaks me out.

1. Do you think lip gloss is the best!? Yes.

1. Do you own any big sunglasses? Go big or go home!!

1. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning? It depends if I want to look cute that day! But usually it takes me about 45 minutes.

1. Gold or silver? Silver.

1. Do you like to wear dresses? Yes, I feel so girly and pretty.

1. In the last 48 hours have you hung out with a guy? Does my dad count? Lol!

1. Do you like to hold hands? That's adorable.

1. What do you notice when you first meet a guy? Sense of humour, always!

1. Do you like making eye contact? I make a bit too much eye contact. Oops.

1. Would you kill for chocolate? No, but chocolate is addictive!

1. On a scale from 1-10 how fun is shopping? It depends who you're with, but usually a seven or an eight.

1. Do you yell a lot? Well, I hope not.

1. Do you wear sweatpants/pajamas to school/work? Do yoga pants and leggings count? Because if so, yes.

1. Have you ever dressed unlike yourself to impress a guy? Nope. I dress for myself!

1. What makeup could you not live without? I don't wear much make-up often, but I'm in love with my Nyx HD Photogenic Concealer.

1. Do you fall in love easily? I wouldn't say so.

1. Do you have cramps? Sometimes.

1. Do you think you have the bestest friend ever? Of course!
